世界海洋经济发展分析

Abstract:At present，with the global land economy growing weaken，the importance of the marine economy is becoming increasingly prominent and the marine development mode is transforming from the traditional unidirectional development to the modern comprehensive development. First of all，this paper analyses the development of world’s marine economy，showing the high-level of marine economic output growth，the highly hierarchical industrial structure and the high-tech and green new marine industries. Next，based on the world’s leading marine countries and regions of different marine resources，economic foundation and development ideas，we describe the total production of marine economy，the development status of marine industries and characteristics of marine economy. Subsequently，combined with China’s present situation and problems existing in the development of marine economy development，we sum up the development experiences of international maritime power and has put forward suggestions to promote the development of Marine economy in our country from ocean management planning，marine science and technology，environmental protection and marine economic structure transformation.
