“双碳”目标与中国海洋经济发展分析

Abstract:China’s marine economy in 2019-2021，China’s marine economy has gone through some twists and turns，but the overall development trend is still good. During the same period，the overall carbon emissions are on the rise，and China still has a long way to go to achieve the goal of carbon peak. This report uses a dynamic spatial measurement model to analyze the impact of carbon emission on the development of China’s marine economy. The results show that carbon emission has a significant negative impact on the development of marine economy，and the spatial spillover effect is also very obvious. To ensure the future sustainable development of marine economy high quality development，should adjust the marine industrial structure to adjust measures to local conditions，pay attention to the efficiency of marine economy，pay attention to the optimization of regional marine economic development mode，promote the development of industrial integration，continue to increase the proportion of green low carbon in marine economy，and make full use of digital means to provide new technologies and new ways for marine economic development.
