海洋经济高质量发展协同效应分析

Abstract:As an open and complex adaptive system，the high-quality development composite system of marine economy realizes the evolution and development of the composite system through the synergy among the five subsystems of economy，science and technology，ecology，culture and society. Based on the perspective of composite system，this report analyzes the present situation of composite system for high-quality development of marine economy，establishes an evaluation index system for the synergy level of the composite system，constructs a subsystem order degree model and a composite system synergy degree model，calculates the subsystem order degree and composite system synergy degree by using the relevant data of 11 coastal provinces from 2010 to 2020，and analyzes the calculation results. On this basis，we forecast the development trend of the composite system，and put forward some policy suggestions to improve the coordination level of the composite system.
