中国海洋数字经济发展形势与分析

Abstract:In the fast-changing era of big data，new industries，new technologies，new formats and new models of Marine economy are constantly emerging. The application of high and new technologies，such as cloud computing，big data，Internet of Things and artificial intelligence，has changed the production mode and development mode of traditional Marine industry. The development model of Marine digital economy with Marine industry digitalization and Marine digital industrialization as the core arises at the historic moment. This report puts forward the concept of Marine digital economy for the first time，aiming to explore the latest trend of coordinated promotion of digital economy and Marine economy，capture the current directions of integrated development of traditional Marine industry and intelligent information technology，and seek the latest path of high-quality development of Marine economy. Firstly，this paper defines and identifies the connotation，classification and characteristics of Marine digital economy，and then analyzes and expounds the development status of China’s Marine digital economy from three perspectives：development overview，development environment and development framework. Secondly，it analyzes the development opportunities of China’s digital economy from the perspectives of breakthrough of current development difficulties，information infrastructure construction and data factor market. Finally，it gives some policy suggestions for the development of China’s digital economy.
