中国海洋经济高质量发展水平分析

Abstract:The development goal of China’s marine economy has shifted from increasing the growth rate of the gross marine product to the high-quality development of the marine economy. In this context，an in-depth analysis of the level of high-quality development of the marine economy has important theoretical and practical significance for the realization of high-quality development of the marine economy and the maritime power strategy. Based on the new development stage and the new development concept，this paper analyses in depth the background and connotation of the high-quality development of the marine economy. From the perspective of factor productivity，the paper measures the green total factor productivity index of the marine economy and portrays its dynamic distribution and regional differences. Based on the new development concept，a comprehensive index of high-quality development of the marine economy，a high-quality development index of marine innovation，a high-quality development index of marine coordination，a high-quality development index of marine green，a high-quality development index of marine openness and a high-quality development index of marine sharing are constructed，and the comprehensive level and prospects of high-quality development of the marine economy are analyzed.
