北部海洋经济圈海洋经济发展形势分析

Abstract:The ocean is a strategic place for high-quality development，and the high-quality development of marine economy can provide a strong driving force for the construction of a new economic development pattern. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the marine economy in the northern marine economic circle，this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of the regional marine economy with the new development concept as the core，and comprehensively measures the high-quality development level of the marine economy in the northern marine economic circle from the three dimensions of the marine economic system，the marine resources and environment system and the marine social system. This paper uses the threshold model to explore the driving factors that affect the high-quality development of marine economy in the northern marine economic circle. Finally，through the grey GM（1，1）model，this paper predicts and analyzes the development trend of the marine economy in the northern marine economic circle from the two directions of development level and development mechanism，and puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the high-quality development of the marine economy in the northern marine economic circle.
