Abstract:Under the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic，great powers competition and the regional security situation，the supply chain pattern in the Asia-Pacific region has undergone profound changes. RCEP member countries overcame all kinds of interference and worked together to promote the RCEP process，and finally pushed RCEP to take effect in January 2022 in the 10 first ratified member states. The implementation of RCEP will have a significant impact on the supply chain in the Asia-Pacific region and even the world. The agreement will promote the supply of Asia-Pacific region by promoting regional trade growth，increasing the attractiveness to multinational companies outside the region，and consolidating the East Asian production network by creating a unified rule of origin. Looking ahead，in order to promote RCEP to exert greater influence，all member states should strengthen communication and cooperation in eliminating non-tariff barriers to reduce the impact of non-tariff barriers on the new round of trade liberalization. Secondly，countries need to increase the utilization rate of RCEP. To ensure that micro-enterprises have a “sense of gain” in the process of trade liberalization，it is finally necessary to promote the upgrading of relevant rules，further stabilize and develop regional supply chains，and make greater contributions to regional and global economic recovery.
