Abstract:Since the establishment of nation-states，Arab countries have experienced three stages：the establishment of nationalist economic systems，the reform of market-oriented economies，and the balanced development of state and market mechanisms. In the setback practice of the state system and the market system，the Arab countries gradually realized the importance of balancing the relationship between the two mechanisms in the economic field，and began to comprehensively use the two mechanisms of the state and the market to achieve long-term stable economic development. Through many years of exploration of economic mechanisms，Arab countries are getting rid of the dilemma of closed conservative nationalism and foreign-dependent marketism，abandoning the failed attempts of neo-liberalism，and finding an economic path of independent development of their own.
