Abstract:As an important part of the digital economy，“metaverse” has become another new era windfall after the Internet and mobile Internet. During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period，China’s metaverse metaverse industrialization policy has continued to increase. “The 14th Five-Year Plan mentions meta-universe for the first time and proposes to further strengthen the forward-looking research and development of the underlying core technology and basic capabilities of meta-universe. At the national level，China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology，the General Office of the State Council and other departments have issued policies and plans for metaverse-related industries to promote the development of metaverse industry. The main point of the policy is in accelerating the development of metaverse-related technologies，such as blockchain technology and virtual technology. According to incomplete statistics，local governments in 29 provinces，cities and districts nationwide have issued measures and action plans to support the development of metaverse，guiding the convergence of metaverse industries，encouraging metaverse technology innovation，promoting metaverse demonstration applications，and promoting the digital economy to empower high-quality development.
