我国新型智慧城市建设的挑战、问题及对策

Abstract:In recent years，the existing achievements of smart city provide positive support for epidemic prevention and urban operation，which become “sharp tools” for urban governance under abnormal conditions. Meanwhile，the shortcomings of urban governance are also exposed. This paper systematically summarizes the challenges of smart city construction in terms of urban governance scenarios，priorities，and models in the new era，and analyzes the shortcomings of the existing smart city development path in terms of theoretical methods，governance tools，and integrated applications. This study suggests that，scientific smart city design methods and system engineering theories shall be further studied，and the research and application of key technologies for smart governance at the community level should be strengthened as well. Moreover，the deep integration of data，technology and scenarios can help construct the social governance model based on collaboration，participation，and common interests.
