广东利用外资存在的问题及对策

Abstract:Guangdong is the largest economic province in China，leading the country in many fields. However，in recent years，Guangdong’s performance in attracting foreign investment has not been very ideal. This report provides a detailed analysis of the quantity，quality，and structure of foreign direct investment in Guangdong in recent years. It is believed that the total amount of foreign investment used by Guangdong is not outstanding，the number of foreign leading enterprises and their regional headquarters which were attracted by Guangdong is small，and there is a huge imbalance in attracting foreign investment among the different region in Guangdong，with a relatively single source of foreign investment. Based on the actual situation in Guangdong，relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed，such as create new advantages to attract foreign investment，attach importance to attracting investment from large projects and regional headquarters of foreign companies，and increase the intensity of attracting investment from key industries.
