Abstract:In March 2022，the Vietnamese government announced the full liberalization of the COVID-19 prevention and control policy，which injected a strong impetus into the recovery and development of cultural undertakings. The cultural cause of Vietnam continues to steadily advance in accordance with the relevant instructions and spirit of the Political Report of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam，and has achieved remarkable results in inheriting and promoting excellent traditional culture，enhancing cultural diplomatic influence，and significantly enhancing cultural soft power. Vietnam has officially entered a period of cultural prosperity in the post pandemic era.
