Abstract:The keywords of Malaysia 2022 are turning point and resurgence. At the beginning of 2022，the gradual relaxation of the Covid-19 prevention and control policy also sped up the recovery of Malaysia’s economy. Cultural exchanges and development ushered in new opportunities. After the 15th general election on November 2022，the coming to power of a unity government marks that the Malaysian political arena has finally ushered in short-term stability，and it also provides a stable political environment for the development of the cultural industry. During 2022，Malaysia’s cultural industry has developed rapidly，and cultural activities have been significantly promoted. The budget after the new government came to power also strongly supports the sustainable development of cultural-related fields in the future. Malaysia’s people-to-people and cultural exchanges with other countries show rapid growth in general and are welcomed well between neighboring countries.
