“双碳”背景下日本绿色交通物流业的发展战略与启示

Abstract:Driven by the “double carbon” goal，the green development of transportation and logistics industry has become an important issue to deal with global warming and restrict economic growth. Japan is a large energy consumption and carbon emission country，is the first major developed country to reach the carbon peak，and plans to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050，its experience measures have great reference significance for China. Based on the carbon emission status，main practices，characteristics and experience of transport logistics in Japan，this study focuses on the measures and experience of reducing carbon emission，and extracts policy enlightenment for China. The study found that Japan’s transport logistics had reached its peak in 2001，taking various measures as the main line of electricity，hydrogen energy and carbon cycle，strengthening the cooperation between government，industry，university and research and financial support，multi-department collaboration and local coordination layout，“government-enterprise-residents” all-round，three-dimensional and integrated cooperation，grasping the world’s cutting-edge technology theory and integrating into international cooperation. Clear positioning and clear development mode and route provide important guarantee for achieving carbon neutrality.
