Abstract:The construction and development of the intelligent manufacturing equipment industrial park is an important carrier for the intensive development of the equipment manufacturing industry. It has effectively promoted the digital transformation process of China’s equipment manufacturing industry and provided an important practice place for the low-carbon transformation and green development of the manufacturing industry. This paper summarizes the research and development status of the intelligent manufacturing equipment industrial park，and analyzes the existing foundation and deficiencies. Then this paper demonstrates the feasibility of digital carbon management technology for low-carbon development，and expounds the scientific，systematic and comprehensive guarantee effectiveness of specific technical means for the low-carbon development of intelligent manufacturing equipment industrial parks. On the basis of clarifying the relevant concepts，the key content of the low-carbon development of the intelligent manufacturing equipment industrial park is proposed，and the key points of development are clarified. At the same time，taking the mature and typical intelligent manufacturing equipment industrial park as the research object，this paper analyzes and summarizes its development experience in depth，verifies the scientific rationality of the key points of low-carbon development，effectively enhances the integration effect of science and technology and the real economy，and promotes the high-quality development of the regional economy.
