我国数字孪生技术发展趋势与瓶颈

文章摘要:数字孪生是产业数字化的关键技术,当前北美和欧洲数字孪生技术发展领先,以中国和印度为代表的亚太地区增长最快,我国尚处于全球第二梯队。我国在芯片、仿真、建模等方面的创新不足,严重制约了数字孪生技术在智能制造、智慧城市等场景的应用深度。我国数字孪生发展亟须突破“尖端技术赶超、关键技术卡脖子、大规模应用受限、标准规范缺乏”四大瓶颈,亟待完善顶层设计,加强技术攻关,加快应用推广,加强数字孪生标准建设等。

Abstract:Digital twinning is the key technology of industrial digitalization. At present,North America and Europe are leading in digital twin technology development,and the Asia-Pacific region has the fastest growth,while China is still in the second gradient in the world. The lack of innovation in chip,simulation and modeling in China has seriously restricted the application depth of digital twins technology in smart manufacturing and smart cities. China’s digital twin development needs to break through the four bottlenecks of “cutting-edge technology catching up,key technology sticking,limited large-scale application,and lack of standards and specifications”,and needs to improve the top-level design,strengthen technical research,speed up application and promotion,and strengthen the construction of digital twin standards.
