元首会议（2021）
文章摘要：上海合作组织成员国元首理事会第二十一次会议于2021年9月16～17日在塔吉克斯坦首都杜尚别召开。会议通过《上海合作组织二十周年杜尚别宣言》，对上合组织20年的发展成就给予高度评价。各国元首从地区繁荣稳定出发，提出了各自的合作建议。
Abstract:The 21st SCO Heads of State Council was convened on September 17th，2021 in Dushanbe，the capital of Tajikistan. The meeting adopted the Dushanbe Declaration，highly appraised the development achievements of the SCO in the past 20 years. The heads of state put forward their respective proposals for cooperation from the perspective of regional prosperity and stability. 展开
