2018~2019年执政后尼泊尔共产党的新动向

Abstract:Since its unification in May 2018，Nepal Communist Party （NCP） has integrated and improved its basic theories and initially formed a socialist-oriented theoretical program. In the aspect of governance，NCP has made considerable achievements in improving the political system，promoting the transformation of economic structure，increasing investment in livelihood projects and developing bilateral and multilateral diplomacy. The upcoming first NCP Congress will have great significance to strengthening the party unity. The government of NCP will further deepen relations with China. However，the factors such as differences within ideology，Prime Minister Oli’s poor health，the growing involvement of India and America in Nepali political situation and the opportunistic challenge from Nepali Congress may create negative influence to the governance of NCP.
