Abstract:Coordinating and promoting the Four Comprehensive strategic layout has become the biggest highlight of the new governance term of the CPCCC. The Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee has firmly established the Four Consciousnesses and consistently maintained a high level of agreement with the CPCC in both ideological and political action. With the reality of the party building practice in Shaanxi，Shaanxi Provincal Party Committee regards Yan’an spirit as a spiritual，line and discipline，strives the strict management of cadres，unceasingly formulates policy of the Three Mechanisms to tighten up internal management party members in the grassroots level，promoting the comprehensive and strict party measures effective with remarkable results.
