中国式现代化进程中我国国际旅游服务贸易发展的重点与方向

文章摘要:当前,中国旅游服务贸易正转向高质量发展阶段,虽然2020~2022年疫情中断了中国旅游服务贸易增长态势,但出入境游市场并未停滞而是有序恢复,出境游提升空间较大,入境游客源地结构相对稳定,这使得我国国际旅游服务贸易逆差开始收窄,同时也促进了旅游服务贸易结构的持续优化。旅游服务贸易出口增长动力不足、国内旅游消费潜力充分释放不足、多元旅游产品的高质量供给不足、国际旅游产业链和供应链严重受创仍是制约我国旅游服务贸易发展的四个短板。踏入中国式现代化进程,我国旅游服务贸易应当筑稳国内旅游基本盘,提高国际旅游服务质量;深入践行“两山”理论,创新旅游服务贸易供给;激活中华优秀传统文化,推进文旅服务贸易融合;扩大高水平对外开放,深化国际旅游合作交流。

Abstract:At present,China’s tourism service trade is shifting towards a stage of high-quality development. Although the epidemic has disrupted the growth trend of China’s tourism service trade,the inbound and outbound tourism market has not stagnated but has resumed in an orderly manner. There is ample room for improvement in outbound tourism destinations,and the source structure of inbound tourists is relatively stable. This has led to a narrowing of China’s international tourism service trade deficit and promoted the continuous optimization of the tourism service trade structure. The insufficient growth momentum of tourism service trade exports,insufficient release of domestic tourism consumption potential,insufficient high-quality supply of diversified tourism products,and severe damage to the international tourism industry chain supply chain are still four shortcomings that constrain the development of China’s tourism service trade. Entering the process of Chinese path to modernization,China’s tourism service trade should build a stable domestic tourism base,improve the quality of international tourism services,deeply implement the “two mountains” theory,innovate the supply of tourism service trade,activate China’s excellent traditional culture,promote the integration of cultural and tourism service trade,expand high-level opening up,and deepen international tourism cooperation and exchange.
