Abstract:Against the new situation of domestic and international cooperation and urban competition，Guangzhou is facing new opportunities and challenges in promoting urban internationalization transformation. Guangzhou International Coop-eration Center is a comprehensive international exchange platform established in 2020，aiming to strengthen and deepen the close exchanges and practical cooperation with global cities in various fields such as economy，trade，science and technology，education and culture. Since its establishment，Guangzhou International Cooperation Center has fully implemented the “Foreign Affairs Plus” action and played an important role in serving Guangzhou’s opening up and friendly cooperation. Entering a new stage of high-quality development，Guangzhou International Cooperation Center will actively explore new ideas of networking，branding，normalization，specialty and digital development，and make greater contributions to serve Guangzhou’s development as an international metropolis with a more active attitude，more in-depth participation and more excellent results.
