中国式现代化背景下广州推进高水平对外开放研究

Abstract:High-level opening up is an important principle in building a modernized economy. Improving the layout of opening up is an inherent requirement for advancing high level opening-up. Cities are the pioneers of Chinese modernization. National central city is an important strategic arrangement for the improvement of the layout of opening up，and plays an important hub function in the process of implementing high-level opening up. As the forefront of China’s reform and opening up，Guangzhou has accumulated a lot of experience in institutional opening up，and has solid foundation and huge space in developing a Chinese modernization pilot zone. Under the new international and domestic situation，Guangzhou should follow the guidance of the 20th National Congress of the CPC，take building a Chinese modernization pilot zone as the goal，and play a leading rolewhile advancing its economic development patternto step forward to a higher level.
