国际数字服务贸易发展面临的挑战与全球治理

Abstract:This paper discusses the concept and development trend of international digital service trade. It also analyzes the future challenges from the perspectives of international digital service trade theory，international digital service trade statistics and international digital service trade rules. And then，from the aspect of international economy and Chinese economy，this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions such as developing digital economic operation mode，improving the efficiency of resource allocation，understanding international digital service governance mechanism，innovating decision making for the development of digital service trade；solving the “digital divide” between developing countries and developed countries，strengthening the cross-border flow of data and security regulation of trade in services among countries；strengthening multilateral cooperation to build China’s digital trade “alliance”.
