新发展格局下中国与东盟服务贸易：现状、问题与对策

Abstract:The signing of the Agreement on Trade in Services and the RCEP agreement will provide more opportunities for trade in services between ASEAN and China. Firstly，through the analysis of the development of service trade between China and ASEAN，this paper provides a theoretical basis for strengthening the exchanges and cooperation between the two sides. Based on the analysis of the scale，structure and competitiveness of China’s trade in services on the basis of data and TC index，this paper discusses the development of bilateral trade in services，and discusses the existing problems in the development of bilateral trade in services. Finally，through the analysis of the current situation and problems，this paper proposes to promote the transformation of service trade by relying on digital service trade；optimize the structure of service trade and enhance the competitiveness of service trade；improve the level of service trade facilitation，promote common development of countermeasures.
