Abstract:In terms of political development，Poland’s ruling coalition was facing challenges. The National Recovery Plan submitted to the EU was blocked，and the media bill sparked controversy. In the economic sphere，Poland was gradually recovering from the adverse effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and “Polish Deal” was adopted to introduce the tax reform. In terms of international relations，Poland is facing challenges such as the Poland-Belarus border crisis，the constitutional dispute with the EU，and the dramatic changes in Poland-US relations. In the social sphere，the LGBT equality marches and protests against the near-total ban on abortions continued. In relations with China，the two countries have maintained healthy political，economic and cultural engagements.
