跨境电商海外仓发展策略研究

Abstract:As the offshore “bridgehead” of cross-border e-commerce，overseas warehouses have made outstanding achievements with the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce. In the new stage，they will be the distinctive development emphasis which include how to play the leading role of overseas warehouses and help foreign trade maintain stability and improve quality，and taking overseas warehouses as an important node to build a safe，reliable，independent and controllable global supply chain. The report describes the significance of building overseas warehouses，summarizes the important development trend，and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the problems in building overseas warehouse system which include improving the top-level design of high-quality development，promoting global planning and layout，and vigorously promoting digital constructions，and so forth.
