Abstract:Known as the “Nation of Innovation”，Israel has always adhered to an innovation-driven development strategy for many years. To alleviate the impact of COVID-19 and overcome the unfavorable factors restricting the development of science and technology，the Israeli government has implemented precise policies and continuously introduced new incentives to promote the financing of start-ups，the employment of scientific and technological talents，and increase the proportion of the Arab population in the technology industry. With the help of the government’s science and technology policy，Israel’s technological innovation continued to maintain a strong momentum from 2020 to 2021. Several breakthroughs have been made in the fields such as the detection and treatment of COVID-19，life science and bioengineering，electronic industry technology，artificial intelligence，new energy，and aerospace technology.
