2021年以色列生态环境治理的国际合作及其前景

Abstract:Israel has carried out a series of ecological and environmental cooperation with Palestine，Arab countries，and Europe. Among them，cooperation with neighboring Arab countries is the focus of Israel’s international cooperation in ecological and environmental governance. Israeli NGOs have played an important role in this cooperation. Israel combines bilateral and multilateral negotiations in the ecological and environmental governance cooperation mechanism. Besides，there are also restrictive factors in Israel’s international cooperation in ecological and environmental governance，for instance，the lack of political mutual trust between Israel and Arab countries，the social and cultural differences between Israel and Arab countries，which limit the depth of ecological and environmental cooperation，and the imbalance of responsibility and power within the Israeli government，which prevents it from complying with international environmental governance obligations. Nevertheless，international cooperation in the area of ecological environment is not only a necessary means for Israel to solve environmental problems，but also promotes peace and development in the Middle East to a certain extent. In the long run，Israel will pay more attention to international cooperation in the area of ecological environment in the future.
