2021~2022年以色列“碳中和”目标的实现路径及其影响

Abstract:By virtue of a series of ecological environment construction projects launched since the founding of the state，Israel has formed a green and low-carbon economic development path with its own characteristics. In July 2021，after a long-term domestic debate，Israel finally set up the national goal of fully achieving “carbon neutrality” by 2050，and raised it to one of the country’s primary development strategies through parliamentary legislation. From a policy perspective，Israel has issued the 2030 Energy Plan and the 2050 Energy Plan，based on which all government departments，major research institutions，commercial institutions and the public have been mobilized to participate in the goal of “carbon neutrality”；from the perspective of technology，Israel not only continues to improve the efficiency of solar photovoltaic power generation on the basis of mature new energy and clean technology，but also encourages the development of a variety of new clean energies. All above-mentioned efforts are to achieve the prosperity of green and low-carbon technology and further consolidate Israel’s international reputation as an innovation country. Israel’s efforts to achieve the goal of “carbon neutrality” are not a national burden，but a rare opportunity to boost Israel’s technology export and national image building globally.
