Abstract:Having the best economic performance among the OECD member countries in 2020，Israel’s innovation economy maintained a strong growth in 2021. Its high-tech industries achieved the best results in history in terms of national investment and financial performance，the number of listed companies，and the amount of M&A exits. Despite the extraordinary digital achievements，there are still quite a number of hidden worries in the Israeli economy，including the structural contradiction between supply and demand of high-tech talent team，the lack of ground-breaking technical support，etc. In terms of external economic cooperation，the economic cooperation between Israel and the UAE has developed Rapidly. Under the unfavorable influence of the U.S. stock market slump and the negative growth of the U.S. GDP in the first quarter of 2022，the Israeli innovation economy may not be able to maintain the strong growth in 2022 and enter into a relatively quiet period，which may influence not only the government，the enterprises，but also the whole society at large.
