2022年波兰文化国际传播与影响力报告

Abstract:Poland has formed an “official-led，public-private” model of international cultural promotion，powered by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in cooperation with multiple cultural institutions. By utilizing rich historical and cultural resources，developing innovative projects with multi-dimensional channels and far-reaching ends as well as combining storytelling and pragmatism，the Polish government has made every effort to enhance its competence of cultural diplomacy and present itself as a cultural power，which has brought some effects. Poland is an important participant in the “Belt and Road” and China-CEEC cooperation mechanism. This report probes into the model and experience of international promotion of Polish culture with an attempt to inspire more cultural exchange and cooperation between Poland and China as well as provide some insights for China to enhance its international cultural promotion strategy，soft power and cultural influence.
