Abstract:Since 2018，in response to the requirements of the new era，the international communication center has become a new organization and form of strengthening international communication capacity building at local levels in China. In accordance with national development strategies and with the help of accumulated experience in media integration development，many regions across China have accelerated the construction of local international communication centers by focusing on the construction of platforms and matrices，enriching communication services in line with actual needs，and innovating systems and mechanisms conducive to pooling resources. However，most of local international communication centers are in the initial stage of construction. It is urgent for them to solve the problems in manpower，capital，mode and ecology in order to enter a new stage of innovative development as soon as possible.
