印度尼西亚《反恐法修订案》：变化、争议与特点

Abstract:On August 25，2018，the Indonesian People's Congress passed the Anti-Terrorism Law Amendment at the urging of President Joko. Its main contents include defining terrorism，expanding the scope of identification of terrorist crimes，and expanding the right to detention，investigate，improve the content and procedures for resettlement of victims，and strengthen the control and control of counter-terrorism work at the national level.During the deliberation of the People's Congress，a number of issues have aroused discussion and controversy. The core of the issues was the balance between the expansion of the government's law enforcement power and the strengthening of state control and protection of citizens' basic rights. In addition，in the process of legislation and revision of the Indonesian anti-terrorism law，it also reflects the characteristics of executive power，response to changes in the situation，preventive legislative tendencies and elite anti-terrorism models.
