后疫情时代重建城市信任的路径与工具

Abstract:Trust is the adhesive of the social contract. Trust in the context of a city can promote the interaction between residents and residents，residents and urban leaders. Active residents’ participation will significantly enhance the vitality and productivity of the city，so as to improve the quality of life of residents and form a cycle of mutual benefit. Therefore，trust is an important force to promote the sustainable development of the city and an important booster to help the city realize its value proposition. This paper discusses urban trust and its significance，points out that the basic elements of building trust are ability，fairness and transparency，which develop together and depend on each other，and uses cases to illustrate the path of promoting urban trust and how to systematically design urban trust. Finally，according to the practice of rebuilding social trust in Western countries，this paper puts forward the Enlightenment of western experience for rebuilding trust in China’s urban governance.
