2022年纽约中小微企业的疫情后复苏蓝图

Abstract:Since the outbreak of COVID-19，cities in every country around the world have suffered a huge impact，especially on small businesses and medium-sized enterprises which are essential for urban economy. In order to support small businesses and medium-sized enterprises in regaining their vitality and promoting economic development，each country has applied corresponding policies and measures according to its own conditions. Significantly，Center for an Urban Future，a leading New York City-based think tank，released a report，No Small Relief：Strengthening NYC’s Most Vulnerable Small Businesses，in December 2021. As a blueprint for an equitable，long-term small business recovery，this report proposes ten initiatives to achieve the full recovery of small business daily operations in New York’s five boroughs after the pandemic. Practical initiatives at the micro level mentioned in the report have certain referential value for China’s small businesses and medium-sized enterprises to cope with the production and operation difficulties brought on by the epidemic.
