快速增长型城市规划的联合国评估工具体系与应用场景（2022）

Abstract:The urban development of various countries in the world has suffered huge negative effects since natural disasters and conflicts frequently occurred in recent years. In order to support affected cities in restoring routine daily life and achieving economic recovery as soon as possible，and to formulate urban development plans based on local conditions，UN-Habitat released a report，Plan Assessment Tool（PAT）for Rapidly Growing Cities，in 2022. The PAT can be applied to identify strengths and weaknesses of city-scale plans in a structured，objective and systematic fashion by both professionals and the public，so as to achieve sustainable urban development. The PAT，as an urban planning evaluation system，elaborated in the report of UN-Habitat has referential significance for improving the system of urban planning and the formulation，perfection and development of urban planning in China.
