海洋生态环境赋能“海上福州”建设对策研究

Abstract:Marine ecosystems protection is one of the three major tasks of Marine development and an important safeguard safeguard measure for the construction of “Maritime Fuzhou”. With the continuous advancement of the “Maritime Fuzhou” strategic plan in the new era and the continuous strengthening of marine development and construction，the sea area of Fuzhou perfecture is facing marine ecological and environmental problems such as resource bottleneck，excessive discharge of pollution，and damage to coastal wetland ecosystems. Therefore，it is recommended to strictly rectify land-based pollution，strengthen the prevention and control of marine pollution，strengthen the management of floating garbage at sea，implement comprehensive prevention and control of Spartina alterniflora，improve the management and control level of reclamation，strengthen the protection and restoration of coastlines，and orderly promote the reform of aquaculture rights，to deepen the comprehensive management of the marine ecological environment，accelerate the formation of a coordinated situation between marine economic development and construction activities and marine ecological environmental protection，so as to achieve the goal of green development of the marine economy in Fuzhou.
