生态文明视域下中国海洋空间规划研究

Abstract:Marine spatial planning is an important tool to achieve harmony between the people and the sea. Through the use of spatial thinking，we can rationally distribute and utilize marine resources，thereby promote marine protective development，achieve sustainable economic，social and ecological development goals. Based on the perspective of marine ecological security，this paper analyzes the current situation of China’s current marine spatial planning and analyzes its existing problems，and deeply explores the applicability of marine ecological security theory to China’s marine spatial planning，from the preparation and division of marine spatial planning. The adjustment of the classification system and the improvement of the zoning guarantee system expounded the optimization path of China’s marine spatial planning，so as to continuously improve China’s marine spatial planning system，safeguard China’s marine ecological security，promote the construction of China’s marine ecological civilization and the “marine power dream” Implementation.
