海南服务贸易发展的现状、问题、对策

Abstract:With the increasing openness of service trade，the scale of Hainan’s service trade continues to expand. Development of Hainan’s service trade has promoted the overall development of Hainan’s foreign trade，and the structure of Hainan’s foreign trade has been significantly optimized. Depending on geographic location，national policy，industry foundation，the natural resource advantages，the continued growth of service trade market main body of Hainan Province service trade structure optimization，expanding trade “friends circles”. However，there are still some problems in Hainan’s service trade，such as high proportion of traditional service trade，weak comprehensive competitiveness，lack of professional talents and business environment to be improved. In order to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of service trade，it is suggested that Hainan should base on the actual development of traditional service trade，promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional service trade，accelerate the development of emerging service trade，form new competitive advantages，implement a more open service trade policy，fully release the policy dividend，increase talent attraction，and build a multi-level compound talent team system. It should also continue to improve the business environment and enhance its overall attractiveness.
