跨语言视域下日语塞音感知与生成界面的动态发展

文章摘要:本研究对L1汉语普通话、L2英语、L3日语学习者开展了日语清浊塞音的感知判定与生成朗读追踪实验。实证研究结果发现,日语清塞音感知判定能力随着习得深入有明显提升,且感知与生成界面关联呈现稳定的正相关关系。日语浊塞音的生成存在显著困难,且不受学习阶段影响。这可能是先前语言塞音体系的跨语言影响和调音普遍性的共同制约。跨语言视域下的语音教学应该基于实证研究的结果开展语音感知与生成的训练。

Abstract:The research reported how students learning Japanese as a third language(L3)perceived and produced stop contrasts,and the dynamic development of the link between perception and production. The participants in the study were 20 Chinese university students who spoke Mandarin Chinese as their first language(L1),English as their second language(L2),and Japanese as their L3. An L3 identification task,and an L3 reading task were used to investigate the learners’ perception and production of stops. The results demonstrated that the ability to identify Japanese voiceless stops significantly improved through the acquisition,and there was a stable positive correlation between the perception and production of voiceless stops. On the other hand,it is difficult to produce L3 voiced stops,and it is not contributed by the acquisition stage. It might be due to the cross-linguistic influence of the previous language stop contrasts and the universal physiological mechanism.
