北京国际消费中心城市建设背景下会展经济的机遇与挑战

文章摘要:会展是促进贸易投资的重要平台,有助于北京提振文化消费需求、提升国际交往活跃度。目前,北京会展经济具有良好的发展态势,会展规模稳定增长、基础设施不断完善、品牌资源特色鲜明。随着北京培育建设国际消费中心城市工作目标和重点任务的提出,北京发展会展经济机遇和挑战并存。一方面,国际消费中心城市建设和会展业专项激励政策的出台为会展经济提供政策支持,对外开放深化、数字经济发展和文化消费反弹为会展经济注入新的活力。另一方面,北京发展会展经济存在外部环境复杂多变、行业内部发展不均、专业人才储备不足、盈利模式亟待创新、市场化水平有待提高等方面的问题和挑战。为此,北京应多点发力推动会展经济高质量发展:进一步增强会展服务软实力,整合京津冀区域会展资源,利用发展会展经济契机主动融入全球消费链,注重对口专业人才培养,推动行业数字化、市场化改革,最终提升会展业服务北京国际消费中心城市建设的能力。

Abstract:Convention and exhibition is an important platform for promoting trade and investment,which helps Beijing boost cultural consumption demand and enhance the activity of international communication. At present,Beijing’s conference and exhibition economy has a good development trend,with stable growth of conference and exhibition scale,continuous improvement of infrastructure and distinctive brand resources. With the proposed objectives and key tasks of fostering the construction of an international consumption center city,Beijing has both opportunities and challenges in developing the conference and exhibition economy. On the one hand,the construction of international consumption center city and the introduction of special incentive policies for the conference and exhibition industry provide policy support for the conference and exhibition economy,and the deepening of opening to the outside world,the development of digital economy and the rebound of cultural consumption inject new vitality into the conference and exhibition economy. On the other hand,there are problems and challenges in the development of exhibition economy in Beijing in terms of complex and changeable external environment,uneven development within the industry,insufficient professional talents reserve,urgent innovation in profit mode and marketization level to be improved. In this regard,this report suggests that Beijing should make multiple efforts to promote the high-quality development of the conference and exhibition economy,further enhance the soft power of conference and exhibition services,integrate the regional conference and exhibition resources in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,take the opportunity to actively integrate into the global consumption chain by developing the conference and exhibition economy,pay attention to the training of counterpart professional talents,promote the digitalization and market-oriented reform of the industry,and finally enhance the ability of the conference and exhibition industry to serve the construction of Beijing as an international consumption center city.
