Abstract:The splendid historical cultural resources and the rich and colorful natural cultural resources are the precious wealth and special resource for the development of Hubei’s culture. Under the high level of cultural consciousness and strong cultural confidence to lead the construction of cultural province，greatly enhance the influence and competitiveness of Hubei culture，specific performance：Citizens’ Ideological and moral construction achievement of excellence;all-round education progress;Jingchu culture resource discovery and used to climb to a new stage;fruitful literary art;culture industry flourishing;public cultural undertakings made great progress. But also has the following problems in the development，resources and environment problem is becoming more and more prominent，restricting the development of the culture;insufficient investment needed to develop the culture and cultural consumption level is low;imbalance of cultural development;cultural resources utilization level needs to improve. To this end，we should promote ecological civilization idea，construct harmony of heaven，earth and new prospects for the development of;strengthening construction of public cultural facilities，tilted to the weak areas;continue to deepen the reform of the cultural system，encourage and guide social capital，financial capital to participate in the construction of culture，the integration of cultural resources，build Hubei cultural products.
