At present，in the development of Henan Province，it is necessary to pay attention to the risks in many fields，such as finance，real estate，government debt，industrial transformation，population aging，social differentiation and external shocks. Therefore，it is necessary to raise the political position，change the concept of development，properly handle the relationship between stable growth，promoting reform，and risk prevention. Henan should take enterprise risk as the starting point，then systematically deal with local financial risks，government debt risks，social risks，real estate market risks，etc. And then promote the high-quality development of Henan’s economy.
