Abstract:Under the influence of the epidemic，new technology，new economy and new momentum have shown strong vitality and played an important role in the sustained and stable development of Henan economy. Henan should actively embrace new technologies，especially to seize the commanding heights of strategic technologies such as digital economy，artificial intelligence，platform economy，biological economy and so on. Henan should pry the fulcrum of Henan’s future high-quality development by speeding up new infrastructure construction，reforming and upgrading traditional industries，cultivating and developing emerging industries，and optimizing and innovating the ecological environment.
