河南“三新”经济高质量发展的思考与建议

Abstract:The “three new” economy is not only the need for Henan to cultivate new economic growth points and new kinetic energy under the new normal，but also the need to realize the high-quality development of Henan economy. At present，the “three new” economy in Henan is in a good situation，but it is still faced with the problems to be solved，such as the small development scale of new business type，the low conversion rate of high and new technology，the lack of innovative power，and so on. It is necessary to continue to promote the high-quality development of the “three new” economies by actively cultivating new industries，new momentum，and new growth poles.
