Abstract:promoting high quality economic development with high quality of party building is a concrete practice for Henan to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China（CPC）and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech when investigating and guiding Henan. It is the new realm，new layout and new requirement that Henan seeks to revitalize in the new era，and it has distinct political，epochal and guiding character. Standing at the starting point of the new era，Henan should keep up with the pace of General Secretary Xi Jinping，closely follow the historical tasks of the new era，closely tie in with the more outstanding mission of the Central Plains，constantly raise ideological awareness，constantly enhance awareness of action，and stimulate the motivation to do a good job in implementation. With the high quality of party building，we will promote high quality economic development and strive to write a more brilliant new chapter in the Central Plains in the new era.
