2019年河南省财政形势分析与展望

Abstract:In 2018，Henan’s fiscal revenue and expenditure operated smoothly on the whole，providing strong support for the province’s high-quality economic and social development. But at the same time，there are also some problems in the operation and management of finance，such as the prominent contradiction between income and expenditure，the low efficiency of the use of funds and so on. In 2019，we adhered to Xi Jinping’s thought of Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New era as a guide，profoundly grasped the new requirements for fiscal work in the new era，comprehensively deepened the reform of the fiscal and taxation system，and implemented a more active and effective fiscal policy. We will give better play to the role of finance as the foundation and important pillar of national governance.
