Looking forward to the 2021，Henan should adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping’s new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics，comprehensively and thoroughly implement more proactive fiscal policies，and continue to deepen the reform of the fiscal and taxation system，focusing on promoting the modernization of China’s governance system and governance capability，and giving full play to the foundation and important pillar role of Finance in national governance.
