Abstract:The overall smooth operation of Henan financial revenue and expenditure in 2019 has provided a strong support for the economic and social development of the whole province. But at the same time，there are also some problems in financial operation and management，such as prominent contradiction between revenue and expenditure，inefficient use of funds，uneven progress of reform and so on. In 2020，we will adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era，profoundly grasp the new requirements for financial work in the new era，comprehensively deepen the reform of the fiscal and taxation system and implement a more effective and active fiscal policy. Henan will give better play to the basic and important pillar role of finance in national governance.
