河南产业集聚与区域竞争优势的培育
文章摘要：河南省自2009年以来采纳产业集聚的模式发展工业取得了一定的成果，但是在培育河南区域竞争优势方面依然存在缺憾。本文以河南产业集聚的发展现状为出发点，讨论如何更好地利用产业集聚的模式形成的区域竞争的优势。从以政策红利发展产业集聚存在的内在缺陷出发，应用波特的“钻石”模型分析产业集聚区的竞争优势形成的因素。认为政策红利不应该作为吸引投资的唯一手段，更应该利用相关行业的溢出效应发展产业集聚，同时面对历史机遇，应该注重紧抓机遇培育河南区域竞争优势 展开
